I own a very busy professional tree service company, and I operate lots of different types of equipment including chainsaws, blowers, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and weed whippers. 48 pieces of equipment both gas and electric.

Timberland is my go to shop for purchasing, service, and accessories. Paul, Guntis, Quinn and Alison are all top notch Customer Service pros. Maris is one of the best Techs in Edmonton, and he modifies and services all my equipment in the RARE event that something breaks. He gets me back up and running as fast as possible.

Dan runs a very professional shop, and does an excellent job making sure that he is stocked up on inventory, so when I need something they either have it, or can get it. He takes great pride in making sure that the people are safe when operating the equipment they sell.

On Saturday, I found myself in a bind—I needed to fix my Stihl weedeater before the long weekend. I called Timberland Supply and was fortunate to speak with Guntis, the Sales Manager. He informed me they were closed until Tuesday, but when I explained my situation, he didn't hesitate to help.
Even though he was only planning to be there for a few minutes, Guntis went out of his way to wait for me and sell me the parts I needed. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile saved my weekend plans, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service.

I have had two of my bigger saws rebuilt here. Most recently a 40 year old husky that is my favourite saw and becoming increasingly difficult to source parts for! Went to look for a place to get my lawnmower blade sharpened and was so happy to discover Timberland. Fellow who helped me was amazing he looked after me right away and did a fantastic job on blade. We just bought a new camping trailer and we went into Timberland Supply to buy a couple of generators. What a great experience! The store was clean and well organized.
